Who you are actually hiring

One person and a system, working only with chauffeur companies

Most agency about pages open with a team photo and a number of years. This one opens with the thing you would find out in month two anyway: WEBsaj is not a team of eight. It is one person running a production system built for a single industry.

Why that is worth knowing up front

At most agencies your account is handed to a junior coordinator while the person who sold you the work moves to the next pitch. Here the person who writes your strategy is the person producing the content, which removes a translation layer that loses a lot of detail in this industry.

The tradeoff is honest and goes the other way too. A larger agency has redundancy and can absorb more clients. This one cannot, which is why the client list is capped and why a city closes once it is taken.

I did not arrive in this industry from the agency world. I arrived through one chauffeur company's actual problems, and everything on this site came out of solving them.

That work was not strategy decks. It was fourteen airport pages consolidated into one with proper redirects, three more competing pages for a second airport merged into a fourth, ten off-topic pages deindexed, and a full set of city pages rebuilt from the ground up. It was setting up the conversion tracking a Google Ads account had been running for years without, stripping out the terms pulling in rideshare price shoppers, and rebuilding a luxury and executive ad group that existed on paper and had never once run.

Doing that taught me things a generalist agency does not know until it has cost a client something. That a Google Business Profile post with a phone number in it can get the profile restricted. That a Sprinter seats what it seats with luggage on board, and publishing a bigger number is a policy problem rather than a marketing flourish. That prom content published in April is four weeks past the bookings.

The production system exists because doing all of that by hand for a second company would take months. It is the same system that produces the free week, and the reason one person can run it for more than one operator at a time.

Why only chauffeur companies

Because the system was built for one, and the things that make it work do not transfer to other industries. A Google Business Profile post containing a phone number can get a profile suspended. A Sprinter seats what it seats with luggage on board, and publishing a bigger number is a policy problem rather than a marketing flourish. Prom content published in April is four weeks too late.

None of that is generic marketing knowledge. It was learned building and running the pipeline for a working chauffeur company, and it is the reason this business does not take clients outside the industry. A generalist agency will make all three of those mistakes in their first month with you, and you will be the one whose profile gets restricted.

Florida is the one exclusion and is not available. Everywhere else in the US is open, one company per city.

What the system actually is

The reason one person can produce thirty posts a month per client is that most of it is a pipeline rather than a person typing.

One topic, many outputs

A single idea written natively for each platform's format, length and audience, rather than one caption pasted across five accounts.

Brand context that persists

Your fleet, real capacities, service area, venues and voice held as a source of truth so nothing published contradicts your operation.

Creative generated to template

Every image carries your branding in the footer automatically. Fleet-correct vehicles, never stock photography.

A human approval gate

Everything queues for you before it publishes. The pipeline produces, a person decides.

This same site is built and maintained with it, which is either reassuring or a warning depending on what you think of the site.

What I will not do

  • Take a second client in a city that is already taken
  • Guarantee a ranking, in the map pack or anywhere else
  • Buy or manage your media spend, or take a percentage of it
  • Run incentivised review campaigns
  • Publish a price, a capacity or a claim you have not confirmed
  • Sell you a rebuild when a repair would do
  • Name another client without their written permission

That last one is why there is no client logo strip on this site. There is one existing client, the results from that engagement are real, and they appear anonymised across these pages until permission to name them exists.

Where this is limited

Four honest constraints. If any of them is a dealbreaker, better to know now than in month three.

Read these before you sign anything

  • Capacity is roughly ten clients. Each one needs about seven hours a month of real attention, mostly the approval gate and reporting. Past ten or twelve, either the quality control degrades or someone gets hired. The cap is arithmetic, not a sales tactic.
  • One published case study, and it is not published yet. There is one client engagement, the findings from it are real and appear throughout this site, and they stay anonymised until that client agrees to be named. If you want named references before signing, this is not the right time to hire me.
  • No media buying, so paid results depend on someone else. Creative and strategy come from here. Deployment is yours or your buyer's, which means the loop is slower than a full-service agency.
  • Search will not fill your calendar on its own. The whole limo marketing category is a few hundred searches a month nationally. Anyone selling you a traffic strategy in this industry either has not checked or is not telling you.

Who this suits, and who it does not

A good fit

US chauffeur or limo companies with roughly 2 to 15 vehicles, an owner who still drives or dispatches, no in-house marketing, and a willingness to spend fifteen minutes a month approving work.

Not a fit

Anyone wanting guaranteed rankings, a media buyer, review generation, or a marketing partner who will also take their nearest competitor. Also anyone outside the industry, or inside Florida.

  • You own every account, every image and every page, during and after
  • Nothing publishes without your approval
  • Your city is closed to competitors for as long as you stay

Judge the work, not the about page

35 posts across five platforms over seven days, on your own accounts, in your branding. No credit card, and you keep every image whether you continue or not.
