Limo advertising creative that reaches the right buyer
Ad briefs and ad images for Google, Meta and LinkedIn, built to attract corporate and airport work rather than the price shoppers who cost more to serve than they pay. We produce the creative and the strategy behind it. We do not buy or manage your media spend.
- Creative only, no media buying
- One client per city
- You approve every asset
Why do limo ads attract price shoppers?
Because most limo ad accounts are targeting the wrong words. Terms containing cheap, taxi, cab and rate pull people comparing you to a rideshare, and every click costs you the same as a click from a corporate travel booker. The fix is usually subtraction: negative keywords, tighter geography, and copy that leads on reliability rather than cost.
The buyer you want is not price sensitive in the way the traffic suggests. Someone booking an executive airport transfer is buying certainty that a car will be there when a delayed flight lands. Someone searching "cheap limo near me" is buying an hourly rate. The same ad cannot serve both, and trying makes it worse at each.
| Leak | What it looks like | Correction |
|---|---|---|
| Rideshare comparison terms | Clicks on taxi, cab, cheap, Uber comparisons | Negative keyword list before anything else |
| Geography drift | Spend in cities you do not serve | Tighten radius to real service area |
| No conversion tracking | Account optimising toward clicks, not bookings | Track quote submissions and calls first |
| One ad group for everything | Wedding, airport and corporate sharing copy | Split by service line, each with its own landing page |
| Wrong audience weighting | Budget flowing to low-converting segments | Check bid adjustments against actual conversion data |
What we have found inside real limo ad accounts
Both figures below come from a real chauffeur company engagement, anonymised. We do not publish client names, and we do not publish results we cannot evidence.
-90%
Bid adjustment applied to the 55 to 64 age segment in one operator's account, effectively switching it off. That same segment, corporate and executive travellers, was converting at 23 percent. The highest-value audience in the account was the one being suppressed.
$0
Total spend on that operator's luxury and executive ad group, with zero impressions across several months. The highest-margin service line in the business had marketing behind it on paper and nothing running in reality.
Neither of these is exotic. Both are the kind of thing that survives for months because nobody opens the account and reads it, and both are found in an hour.
Should I run ads before my website and profile are fixed?
No, and we will say so before taking your money. Paid traffic sent to a slow site with a buried quote form leaks at the last step, which means you are paying for clicks that were never going to convert. Fix the destination first, then buy traffic for it.
The order that works is: Google Business Profile correct, website able to take a quote, then advertising. Reversed, ads become an expensive way to discover that your booking form was broken.
More on the first two: limo SEO and the map pack, and limo website design.
Which platforms should a limo company advertise on?
Google Search first, because it captures people who already want a ride and are choosing between operators. Meta second, for occasion-driven retail work like weddings, proms and group nights out where the buyer is planning rather than searching. LinkedIn only when you are genuinely chasing corporate accounts and can name the companies you want.
Google Search
Highest intent. Someone typing an airport transfer query is deciding now. Also the most expensive place to waste money without negatives in place.
Meta, Facebook and Instagram
Occasion work with long planning windows. Strong for weddings, proms and bachelorette parties, weak for next-morning airport runs.
Expensive per click and worth it only for corporate account acquisition where one win pays for the year.
Retargeting
The cheapest useful spend most operators are not running. People who reached your quote form and did not finish.
What we produce
Creative briefs
Objective, audience, message hierarchy, offer and format spec, written before any design happens.
Ad images
Sized for Google, Meta and LinkedIn placements. Black, fleet-correct vehicles. Never stock photography of a white stretch.
Ad copy
Headlines and descriptions per service line, written to filter out price shoppers rather than maximise clicks.
Landing page alignment
The page an ad points at matched to the promise the ad made, which is where most limo ad spend quietly dies.
Negative keyword direction
The exclusion list we would apply, handed to whoever runs the account.
Seasonal campaign creative
Prom, graduation, wedding season and New Year, produced ahead of the booking window rather than during it.
- We do not buy or manage media spend
- We do not take a percentage of ad budget
- We do not have access to your card or billing
You or your media buyer runs the account. We supply the creative, the copy and the strategy behind it, and we will happily brief whoever is pressing the buttons. Keeping the spend out of our hands also means we have no incentive to tell you to spend more.
What does limo advertising creative cost?
Ad creative is included in the Market Lead retainer at $4,950 a month, which covers briefs and creative for one campaign alongside the rest of the marketing. It is not sold separately, because creative produced without the content, site and profile work behind it tends not to perform.
- Market Lead, $4,950 a month: ad briefs and creative for one campaign, plus everything in the lower tiers
- Your media spend is paid directly to the platform and is separate from this
- Territory exclusivity included, so we are not writing ads for your competitor
Foundation at $1,450 and Growth at $2,950 do not include ad creative. Full detail on the pricing page.
Questions operators ask
How much should a limo company spend on ads?
Enough to gather data in your service area, which in most US cities means a few hundred dollars a month at minimum before the numbers mean anything. Below that you are not really testing, you are sampling noise. We would rather you spend nothing on ads and fix your profile than spend a small budget badly.
Do you manage my Google Ads account?
No. We produce the briefs, the copy and the creative, and we will brief whoever runs the account. We do not touch media spend and we take no percentage of it.
Are limos cheaper than Uber?
Usually not per trip, and competing on that comparison is a losing position. What a chauffeur service sells is a confirmed flat rate, a named and vetted driver, flight tracking so the car is there when a delayed plane lands, and a vehicle that seats a group with luggage. Advertising that leads on price invites the wrong comparison.
Is a limo business profitable?
It depends far more on job mix than on volume. Corporate accounts and airport transfers produce repeatable revenue at reasonable margin. One-off retail work from price shoppers often costs more to service than it returns, which is why the terms you advertise on matter more than the traffic you buy.
Can you fix my existing ad account?
We can read it and tell you exactly what is wrong, which is usually negatives, geography, conversion tracking and bid adjustments. Implementing the fixes is your side or your media buyer's, because we do not take account access.
Will ads work if my website is old?
Poorly. Paid clicks arriving at a slow site with a buried quote form leak at the final step. Fix the destination first. It costs less than the wasted spend.
